So innovative these folks are   ...I love looking at your great photos of this cult stuff  ... I am a big fan and will try and get tickets earlier next time  .. Will have to checkout the calendar to see when there are other events around the country ... Do let me know if you know when and where these events are happening Fuzz...

The wristbands/tickets are only really worth it if you are an ardent steampunk They allow you into the steampunk markets (although a donation of £3 usually gets you inside ) and into the odd side show but mainly into the castle grounds but if like us you only go for the day its cheaper just to go and pay the £12 / concession £9.60p than buy a wristband of £20 something for a day 

There is so much to see in the market square and castle grounds that you are hard pushed for anything else especally if you through in lunch 

Next one is Whitby Goth (infiltrated with steampunk) Nov 5th 6th and Haworth 19th 20th. These are smaller for steampunk than Lincoln but still quite large

Thanks Fuzz... I must try and arrange a visit ... I just love all the clever costumes ...they must take ages to make and the people seem really happy to pose for photos  to show them off ... More please....

I remember seeing a machine like this from the '20s or even earlier. A serious attempt at a novel mode of transport. All went well until he tried to stop, then he went whizzing round and round with the wheel, much to his displeasure!

Sometimes Fuzzy if you try to upload and it's too big ... the red warning comes up ....and even though you reduce the size subsequently  ..it happens again even though the size is not above the ceilingon the second time you try to upload ...when this happens ( it has happened with me a few times in the past when I've clicked on the larger image in my library by mistake )  I  remove the pic ...then  go into another page on another   forum...any page  will do ... then return and try again ... it's almost like it needs a mini reboot before it accepts the smaller pic if the initial pic was too big ... Does that make sense to you ... it's always worked for me  by  doing that ...   Hope this helps ..

Yes I found that that works but I wanted to do multiple images which is not possible from direct as BP explained to me 

Moved away from PB tried google photo but you have to go to the large image on there and then copy link address is visible but it appears some can access some cant on here 

Tried Irista but thats worse than google although it looks just the same I have given up finding a url on there that works 

It appears all these sites are intuitive as long as you figured out  how to use them in the first place, thats the trick 

I think I will just ask my grandson Ive wasted too much time playing hide and seek with these storage sites
