So let's see those winding, straight and scenic roads. Sorry so late but I'm sure we can come up with some great shots of our roads.

 

Entries must be submitted by midnight Friday 12 August. Voting will then begin until  19  August at midnight upon which time a winner will be announced.

No Brian, I think I would leave a lot more rubber on the road than that :)

Taken while we were out walking when on holiday, and one of the first images with my then new D3000 !

Yes I know the quality is awful but this is a scan of a picture taken when I shot film. 

March 1997 on the top of Mam Tor Derbyshire when I enjoyed researching and finding Green Lanes and  B.O.A.T. to travel in my 'trusty' Frontera. I had 3 of these all used extensively on un-metaled roads, all 3 performed very well much better than many would think.
