Thank  Mr Fooj .... i really liked the oppressive heavy sky   for this shot .. it looked like a huge storm bit we didn't get a drop of rain all day ...weird .. A spitfire even buzzed us on the way to an event somewhere .. ...I just got one distant shot as it flew past ... doh ..

Thanks Gents ... Ooh Colin ... that sounds like the voice of experience ... I'd drive in a straight line  if   thats  the case... we've got some nice straight old Roman ones about ...;)

The red MGA at the far left except mine was green 

In rain it needed wipers on the inside of the windscreen due to the spray coming through the holes in the floor 

You also needed nerves of steel as the propshaft moved out of line at speed setting up a strange weaving action 

I bought it for £70 and sold it for £75 I thought I had done a good deal

Just how much they are worth today I would hate to think
