Loads of stuff posted this week and loads of quality photography.

I'm picking this weeks image from a great set - not an easy set to view but one of the best examples of nature being both brutal and beautiful at the same time.
I have come back and back to this post and I shall do so for quite some time.

I need to pick one so I'll pick the last - yes it shows an animal being eaten but it does have a little comedy value to.

Photography at its best - thank you Ryewolf.

Thanks guys, there was a touch of moral dilemma in this set, whether I should have tried to intervene, my initial instinct was I should, but everything needs to eat. The Herring Gull is a red-listed species, but it will prey on young Black Headed Gull chicks. It was a hard scene to watch and look back on, I really did feel sorrow for the duckings.
